  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, any legitimate request by authorities with which we must comply or legal process; or
  • We find that your actions on our web sites violate the DAR Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

Goggle Ltd may transfer information about you if Goggle Ltd acquires, or is acquired by or merged with, another company. In this event, we will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
As documented in our terms and conditions, we do not warrant that your information will not be accessible to others via the web site, or via internet protocols including, but not limited to, http, ftp or telnet.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
