Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

Subject to the product being in stock, orders taken before 3pm will be processed and despatched by 10am the next day.

Orders for next day delivery must be received no later than 6am the day before.

If the item is out of stock we will send you an e mail to tell you when it will be delivered to you.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

Shipping can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is in the Billing address. All deliveries are sent on a signed for basis.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.

Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Despatch is usually next working day, subject to availability, however delivery may take up to five working days.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Please note we do not guarantee next day delivery as we are in the hands of the UK and Overseas Postal Services once the goods leave us.

Goggleyes will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Goggleyes shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Postage

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service.

When you add items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure

Goggleyes shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

PLEASE NOTE:

Claims for non-delivery in excess of 14 days of receipt of the “goods have been despatched e-mail” will not be accepted.

Returns

Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Should you wish to return goods purchased via the Goggleyes website because you do not like the product or have made a mistake in ordering the wrong product, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You must then return the goods within 14 days of letting us know.

Refunds will be made to you on receipt of the goods, or in any event no more than 14 days from receipt, providing the goods are unused, in the original packing, and in a saleable state.

We will refund the full value of the goods only. We cannot refund delivery charges for non-faulty goods.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return.

Faulty Goods

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 30 days of receipt of goods. After 30 days, we will replace or repair only.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds beyond these statutory periods.

Returns should be sent to the return address given in the paper work included with your delivery.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost-penalty and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Goggleyes website, or by emailing us at info@goggleyes.co.uk
